Cancellations are subject to the rules and regulations of the respective airlines, hotels, or service providers. ExploreNut Travels LLC acts as a facilitator and follows partner policies.

2. Flight Cancellation

• Airline policies vary widely; some tickets may be non-refundable or carry cancellation fees.
• Cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to departure for most airlines.
• ExploreNut will assist in initiating cancellations but cannot guarantee airline approval.

3. Hotel and Car Rentals

• Hotel cancellations must follow the specific property’s policy, usually 24–72 hours prior.
• Car rental providers may charge a penalty for cancellations made within 48 hours of pickup.

4. Service Fees

A standard service fee may be charged by Skyscape Travel for handling cancellations or changes. This fee is separate from any vendor-imposed penalties.

5. Refund Process

If eligible, refunds are processed within 7–21 business days depending on the provider and payment method. Some transactions may take longer based on third-party policies.

6. No-Show Policy

If you do not show up for your flight, hotel, or car rental without canceling in advance, you may forfeit your entire booking amount with no eligibility for refund.
